Took my Triumph Tiger in to have new forks, after ABE were recommended by RoadStar in Dover. Triumph were quoting +£700 for each fork. Spoke to Simon and he quoted a much more reasonable price. I only needed some 'wobbly washers' for my front discs, I was almost embarrassed to ask it was such a low-value order. Simon rang me straight back and they arrived in a couple of days, no charge. If you thought good customer service was dead then you haven't used all Bike Engineering!!!
